Tramadol 5mg
Tramadol 5mg is not a very high dosage of the medication. Generally, the medication is sold either in 50mg, 100mg, or extended release formulas, giving patients the pain relief that they need in a less risky fashion than traditional narcotics would. Since tramadol acts like an opiate but actually has fewer side effects and is more related to analgesics, it has become a safe alternative for many people suffering from chronic pain or severe pain. You can find tramadol in a variety of places, including online pharmacies and mail order services, making your purchasing options as varied as you need them to be.
Tramadol 5mg might actually be prescribed for those with minor pain or other conditions that can be affected by the medication. For example, those with kidney disease, liver disease, and other medical conditions are less likely to take larger doses of the medication because it can be too strong, so they are given a lower dose that will control the pain but not cause problems for their bodies. Additionally, patients with mental illness or taking many drugs that are designed for depression and anxiety are warned against taking high doses of this medication, because it can actually be strengthened by their condition or the medications that they are taking.
Anyone who has an alcohol or drug problem might be prescribed a lower dose like tramadol 5mg, because again the drugs and alcohol increase the intensity of the medication for these people. There aren’t a lot of side effects associated with tramadol, but it can cause nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and drowsiness in patients just beginning treatment, so it should be used with caution. By taking the time to discuss this with the doctor who is giving you the prescription, you’ll be better able to get the medication that you need and that works best for you.
Tramadol 5mg is a relatively small dose for patients, but can be effective in some cases. The drug hasn’t been tested on children or teens under the age of 16, so it is only prescribed with caution and is very closely monitored. Whether it is arthritis pain, dental pain, or even post-operative pain, many doctors favor the use of tramadol in their patients, because it is effective pain relief without the side effects of much harsher prescription medications. If you suffer from chronic pain or severe pain, you should ask about tramadol, because it can be a great asset to your pain management.

Watch out for tramadol it is definitely habit forming. I only take one 50mg tablet a day but when i tried to come off them i have had really bad withdrawal symptons, such as jumpy legs and arms, itchy skin, headache, sleeplessness.I have never taken more than 100mgs but when i did that dosage gave me a bad hang over the next day and is just wanted to sleep.
I’ve taken 200mg a day in 100mg doses for quite awhile for severe back pain. I only took narcotics (percocet/vicodin) right before (2 weeks maybe) and right after surgery (to replace the vertebra and fusion with a titanium plate). I worried more about taking all that acetaminaphen than getting hooked so ultram or tramadol seemed a better bet but yes your body gets used to it and the pain is magnified when you run out. At least I can get mine cheap now because of having a prescription. Online prices are outrageous, especially $18-$25 shipping! I pay $3.95 shipping and just $30 for 360. That beats the $123 (includes s&h) for 180 I used to pay!Still be careful and don’t use it more than you need to.
