I have good experience with Topamax and yes, you can drive while taking it. When people say it is bad for your short term memory, it is not that you completely don’t remember anything. You may forget some names, or you stop in the middle of the sentence and don’t remember what you wanted to say. You become a little stupid, but it isn’t dangerous to your life. Just the dopey way which led to the term “dopamax”. This is my opinion on it. It also minimized my appetite, I’ve lost 16 lbs. This makes up for the problems with memory!!!
